Wellwood walnut flour is produced when making walnut oil. The walnuts are cold pressed using a screw-press. This separates most of the oil from the walnut. What remains is ground to make the walnut flour. A tasty product high in dietary fibre. Walnut meal is made by grinding walnuts finely and has the same dietary properties as walnuts.
